As a reminder, all incoming freshmen and junior football players will need a physical before the season starts.

Please be aware that all incoming freshmen football players will require a physical dated after June 1, 2010, in order to register for football with OCHS. The physical forms can be downloaded at OSAA.org. Physicals can be obtained through your own physician or by attending any of the following clinics:
