Just in case you are needing another copy of the registration form to accompany your $50 deposit to attend the team football camp at Linfield College in June, here is a link to the registration form. Remember…your form and money are due in the OCHS accounting office by June 3, 2011.

Attention incoming freshmen and current OCHS athletes: once again ProActive Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy is sponsoring the Pioneer Summer Strength and Conditioning Program. The program will run 6/20/2011 through 8/19/2011. The program flyer can be obtained here and the program registration form can be obtained here. A great program and a great time to take advantage of what it has to offer.

ProActive Physical Therapy is hosting the Pioneer Strength and Conditioning Summer Program 2010. It’s not too late to register. Please call or submit your registration form by tomorrow directly to ProActive PT. This is a great way to stay in shape for the upcoming football season! You can access their flyer here. Let’s hope to see all of our players there getting ready for FOOTBALL!

Hurry and get signed up! The Gridiron Club has limited space available at our annual golf tournament fundraiser. Sign up as a single or bring a foursome. Either way hurry, hurry. The golf tournament is next Friday, June 18. 12:00 noon registration; 1:00 p.m. shotgun start.

Please be aware that all incoming freshmen football players will require a physical dated after June 1, 2010, in order to register for football with OCHS. The physical forms can be downloaded at OSAA.org. Physicals can be obtained through your own physician or by attending any of the following clinics:

The previously scheduled high school football registration date has been changed from June to August due to the anticipation that three school days will be cut from this year’s academic calendar. The new registration date has been set for the week of August 17. Details are as follows:
August 16 – 7:00 pm Parent/Athlete Meeting in the Main Gym at OCHS
Athletic registration forms will be available after the meeting.
August 17 – 19 Athletic Registration in the Athletic Office
7:30 am to 12:30 pm
2:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Monday, August 23 Fall sports practices and tryouts begin
